Join Shelley Cormier  and Sarina Rose (Pink Blush Boudoir) for a 7-day women’s retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rise — in the lush jungles and along the beaches of Costa Rica.

Each day, you’ll flow through yoga, meditation, sound baths, and self-love workshops with Shelley. You’ll also enjoy a 20-minute photo session with Sarina (included) to capture your glow during the week.

Beyond the mat, we’ll swim at Nauyaca Waterfalls, ride horses at sunset, experience a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and ground ourselves with blue clay body rituals, ecstatic dance, and our Royal Blue Farewell Party.

This retreat isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about exhaling, finding your centre, and remembering yourself.
