Start where you are — I’ll meet you there.
Whether you’re starting over…
or simply remembering who you are — you don’t have to do it alone.
You’ve carried so much for so long. Maybe now, you’re finally ready to create something just for you — a retreat, a shift, a story that’s ready to be shared.
Let’s sit down, get honest, and explore what’s calling you next. No pressure. Just a soft place to land and someone who truly gets it.
Because when you rise, everything around you does too.
Hello There, I’m Shelley.
and I’m here to help you reconnect with your true self.
I’ve walked my own journey of healing, self-love, and reclaiming my power—and I’m here to guide you through yours. With years of lived experience and professional training, I understand that true transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It takes radical self-love, the courage to face what’s holding you back, and a commitment to making yourself a priority.
Through retreats, coaching, and The Do It For You Method™, I help women rediscover their energy, purpose, and inner strength—without guilt, shame, or feeling like they have to be perfect.
From my heart to yours…
This isn’t just a blog—it’s a space for raw reflections, real stories, and gentle reminders you’re not alone.
One of the things on my 40 Before 40 list is to make someone’s wish come true.
Now, as much as I’d love to give away a winning lottery ticket or send someone to Bali… I’m not quite there yet. 😉 But one day.
So, I’m asking you…
What’s one wish that would genuinely make a difference in your life right now?
Maybe it’s a coffee date because you need someone to listen.
Maybe it’s help around the house.
A babysitter so you can finally have a break.
A sound healing session.
A 1:1 healing session.
A yoga class.
A little act of kindness.
Or something completely different.
Within reason, I want to hear your wishes.
On my birthday, July 31, I’ll randomly choose one person and do my best to make that wish come true.
Sometimes the biggest impact doesn’t come from the biggest gifts. It comes from someone simply saying, “I’ve got you.” ❤️
Drop your wish below or send me a private message if you’d rather keep it between us. ✨

The snake isn’t the story.
The story is the woman who finally chose to shed the life that no longer fit.
The marriage.
The expectations.
The fear.
The people-pleasing.
The version of me that kept waiting for the “right time.”
My body is transforming.
My mind is awakening.
My soul is shedding.
Healing didn’t happen all at once.
It happened one choice at a time.
One boundary.
One breath.
One step.
This photo isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about trusting myself enough to keep walking, even when I couldn’t see the whole path.
If you’re in a season of becoming, keep going.
One day you’ll look back and realize you weren’t falling apart.
You were shedding.

Step into the sacred mystery.
Unmask the woman you’ve always been ✨
I have one $500 scholarship available…
If you’re interested drop “MYSTERY” below.
My spiritual journey started over a decade ago…
At one of the lowest points in my life.
My son had fallen into a day-old fire pit and required multiple surgeries and skin grafts. My daughter had just been diagnosed with juvenile arthritis and uveitis. My mom had been in a serious car accident that required surgery and months of care. My then-husband had surgery too.
I was taking care of everyone.
And somewhere along the way… I forgot to take care of myself.
I was exhausted. Burnt out. Running on fumes.
Then one day, I came across a post online for a six-month lifestyle transformation through @4pointshealth . It included yoga, fitness, nutrition, massage, chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy… and so much more.
I remember filling out the application thinking, “There is no way they’ll pick me.”
But they did.
Looking back now, I don’t think they realized what that one opportunity would become.
That gift was just the beginning.
To Alyssa, Brett, and everyone at 4 Points Health & Wellness… thank you for believing in me before I believed in myself.
Over the last decade, that one “yes” has grown into something I never could have imagined. Through classes, retreats, workshops, sound healing, ceremonies, and community, I’ve now had the honour of supporting over 1,000 souls on their own healing journeys.
One act of kindness.
One opportunity.
One person saying, “You matter.”
It changed my life.
And that’s exactly why I’m so excited to launch the SHINE Scholarship Fund @parati_sacred_wellness
Because I know there are women out there who are exactly where I was over ten years ago.
They’re exhausted.
They’re carrying everyone else.
They’re putting themselves last.
And they just need someone to believe in them.
If we can give even one woman that opportunity…
Who knows how many lives she’ll go on to touch.
💛 Sometimes healing starts with one brave “yes.”

Lately, I’ve been reminded that healing isn’t always a straight line.
Sometimes, just when you think you’ve found your footing, life has a way of testing you again.
People will challenge you.
They’ll question your decisions.
They’ll try to pull you back into old versions of yourself.
They’ll make you doubt what you know to be true.
I’ve lived that.
But this past year has taught me something I never understood before…
My peace is no longer up for negotiation.
This Strawberry Full Moon isn’t just about letting go. It’s about refusing to carry what was never mine to begin with.
I’m releasing the anger.
I’m releasing the need to defend myself.
I’m releasing the belief that I have to prove my worth to anyone.
Some people will never understand your healing because they benefited from your silence.
Keep healing anyway.
Keep choosing yourself anyway.
Keep shining anyway.
The people who try to dim your light are often the ones who are uncomfortable watching you find it.
Tonight, under this full moon, I’m choosing peace over the past. And allowing the sweetness of joy and happiness into my life.
And that’s a choice no one can take away from me. 🌕✨

For most of my life, I believed I wasn’t creative.
That’s what I was told growing up in school. That I wasn’t artistic. That I wasn’t good enough.
Funny how we carry those stories for years.
Over the last few years, I’ve slowly started picking up a paintbrush again… not to be perfect, but simply to create.
This painting took me over 20 hours and was created as a gift for a woman who has had such a profound impact on my life.
It represents my journey through the past 10 months in the Unveiled Mystery School—the healing, the darkness, the awakening, the remembrance, the feminine, the medicine, and the light. Every symbol holds meaning. Every brushstroke tells part of my story.
Thank you, Nathalie Jackson, for creating a space that has truly changed my life. This journey has stretched me, challenged me, and helped me remember who I am.
If you’ve been feeling called to something deeper, the 2026/2027 Unveiled Mystery School is opened.
Drop “MYSTERY” below, and I’ll send you the details. ✨

I found a love for Mexico over a decade ago.
In 2018, we took a leap of faith. We spent two winters there, bought land, and built a home. I truly believed that was where our future would unfold.
Fast forward six years… I never imagined I’d be starting over after a 20-year marriage.
Earlier this year, we spent 2.5 months at our home in Mexico, and this October, the kids and I will be moving back.
This is just a tiny glimpse of what starting over looks like. It’s scary. It’s uncertain. It’s heartbreaking at times. But it’s also exciting, healing, and full of possibility.
I’m also looking forward to my residency appointment at the Mexican Consulate on the 20th. One more step toward making this dream our reality.
For everyone who has followed my journey, thank you. If you’re in a season of rebuilding, keep going.
The journey is hard… but the life waiting for you on the other side is worth it. 🇲🇽❤️

For years, I put everyone else first.
My ex husband. My children. My career. My friends. My family.
I felt guilty taking time for myself, spending money on myself, or doing anything that wasn’t for someone else.
The thing that changed my life was giving myself permission.
Permission to take the trip.
Permission to attend the retreat.
Permission to set boundaries.
Permission to start over.
Permission to say no.
Permission to choose myself.
Over the last decade, I’ve been creating The Do It For You Method™ from my own life experience. It’s been built through the tears, the grief, the healing, the growth, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
I know how hard it is to say yes to yourself.
But I also know that nothing changes if nothing changes.
Sometimes saying yes looks like booking the retreat, taking the vacation, changing careers, starting the business, or finally going after the dream that’s been sitting on your heart for years.
Sometimes saying no is even more powerful.
No to people-pleasing.
No to relationships that drain you.
No to abandoning yourself.
To every mom, caregiver, wife, daughter, and woman who has spent years putting herself last…
You are worthy of taking up space in your own life.
You are worthy of becoming a priority.
You are worthy of choosing yourself.
For years, I put myself at the bottom of the list.
Today, I choose me.
This is an invitation for you to choose yourself.
Real. Raw. Rising. ❤️

I wear many hats in this life, but my favourite one will always be Mom.
Today was all about making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying some quality time with Savannah and Tristan.
Another adventure checked off my 40 Before 40 list.
10/40 Complete. ❤️
These are the moments that matter most.
#40Before40 #MomLife #MakingMemories #FamilyTime DoItForYou #RealRawRising
Last night, I almost didn’t go.
I almost cancelled because the mom guilt started creeping in. There’s always something that needs to be done, and it’s easy to convince myself that everyone else’s needs should come first. But I went.
And the truth is, everyone was more than fine.
The kids enjoyed some downtime, Savannah made supper, the house got cleaned, and I spent the evening laughing, connecting, and making memories with friends.
It was a reminder that I’m allowed to enjoy my life too.
As moms, we carry so much. We often feel guilty for taking time for ourselves, even when we’ve spent years pouring into everyone around us.
But last night reminded me of something important.
Taking time for yourself doesn’t mean you’re taking something away from your children.
In fact, it might be teaching them one of life’s most important lessons: that it’s okay to enjoy your life, nurture your friendships, and choose joy sometimes.
The laundry will still be there tomorrow.
The dishes can wait.
But the memories we make and the moments we share are what we remember years later.
I’m really glad I went. 🤍
Love you my sisters Kelly Commet & Siobhán Tookey
