Hey, I’m Shelley…
A retreat leader and advocate for women choosing themselves — fully, unapologetically, and without guilt.
Also known as
La Soberana Salvaje — the sovereign woman — here to guide you back to your truth, your power, and your own way of living.
I’ve lived through burnout, trauma, and the identity loss that comes from putting everyone else first. As a medical mama, I had to remember who I was — the hard way.
The Do It For You Method™ was born from that healing. It’s not just something I teach — it’s how I live. A way of coming back to yourself through movement, rest, reflection, and choosing yourself without guilt.
I’m the founder of Parati Sacred Wellness and the creator of SHINE Retreats — spaces I built because I needed them myself. What started as a yoga studio has grown into international retreats, community, and real-life experiences across Canada, Mexico, and beyond.
My work weaves together yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, self-love, and real-life integration — along with cultural experiences that bring you back into your body and your truth.
I’m a single mom, rebuilding my life between Mexico and Canada after choosing to leave what no longer aligned — raising two incredible kids while creating a life that finally feels like mine. This work isn’t separate from my life — it is my life.
My work is Real. Raw. Rising.
And I’m here to remind you that you can come home to yourself again.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about finally choosing yourself.
It’s about doing it… for you.
My mission is to help women come home to themselves.
To create spaces — through retreats, workshops, and honest conversations — where they can slow down, feel safe, reconnect with their truth, and begin to heal.
Through the Do It For You Method™, I guide women back to self-love, self-trust, and the deep knowing that they are worthy — just as they are.
I believe in real connection, sacred pause, and the power of choosing yourself without guilt.
Whether it’s through movement, stillness, laughter, tears, or standing barefoot in the middle of a retreat circle — I’m here to remind women that they don’t have to stay stuck, burned out, or forgotten.
